    How the system works

Standard this RECEIVING STATION is foreseen of a SNOEK FINESCREEN.This finescreen has a step-shape movable and stationary bar package, which can take out parts systematically from the flow. Through their operation these self-cleaning fine screens are non-clogging and need low maintenance. The drive of the unit can be set in that way that the installation works discontinuous and a growth of a screening carpet is achieved for a further optimal fine sieving. As a second step a built-in SNOEK SCREW COMPACTOR takes care of the further dewatering to ± 45% DS, and a volume reduction of ± 55% of the collected screenings. Through transport tubes the screenings are compacted to a container. Additional, the filtered waste water can be treated by means of a sand classifier and grease skimmer so that the wastewater can be completely mechanically purified.

    Fabrication

Standard these compact units are made in SS 304, as option SS316 is also deliverable. The bar spacing is 2 to 6mm, which permits a treatment capacity to 250 m3/h. Content receiving unit: 1,5 m3 . Because of the fact that the drive components have no contact with the liquid, it all results in a low maintenance installation.

Snoek Technology has a specific delivery range focused on the mechanical treatment of process and waste waters.
