Operation
Snoek Technology developed this SNOEK SAND WASHER for enhanced separation of sand and organic matter. This sand washer is composed of a receiving tank, a stirrer, washing ramps and an extraction screw. Once the sand is rid of organic matter, it is continuously removed via a feeder screw. The SNOEK SAND WASHER is controlled automatically, from its own automation cabinet. The programming of the stirring, water injection and sand extraction phases guarantees a final result that is optimal.
Construction
In its standard version, the SNOEK SAND WASHER is composed of:
- STAINLESS STEEL 304 sheeting
- Mounting screw: strap
- Stainless steel stirrer/mixer
- U-channel with bolted covers – compact and with
- Stainless steel feeder screw an inspection opening; located above the water
- Coating wear (oil-hardened steel) level (optional).
