How the system works
These SNOEK SHAFTLESS SCREW CONVEYORS are suitable for the transport of various materials such as screened waste, dewatered sludge, industrial waste, etc. The unit consists of a SS 1.4301trough fitted with a plastic liner or special steel anti-wear lining, a cold hammered special purpose steel spiral blade and a slip on motor gearbox. The Snoek Screw Conveyors type SC can be mounted horizontal or inclined depending on the situation.
Fabrication
These Snoek Screw Conveyors are made as standard from:
- Sheet metal in SS 1.4301 (SS 1.4401 in option)
- Screw blade in special purpose steel
- Liner in HmPE or special purpose steel
- Drag or push setting, horizontal or inclined
